Mark has real estate in his blood having been introduced to the profession by his late father at a very early age. In fact it has become a life long passion and Mark cannot imagine another career or even contemplate retirement.Having completed a Bachelor of Business in Property (Valuation) from the University of South Australia in 1990, Mark has 31 years (and counting!) post-graduate experience in valuation, property development, project management & project marketing.With this experience Mark is particularly adept at “Highest & Best Use” analysis to identify the right development outcome given specific site, zoning and market (demand) constraints.It is one thing to estimate development costs, the real skill is in sub-market analysis and the accurate determination of appropriate price points and product mix.Mark employs a Hypothetical Development Approach utilising industry leading feasibility software to help ensure the financial viability of each and every project.Select clients are invited to benefit from his experience.
