- Entry is open to property owners within a 20km radius of Adelaide CBD.
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Employees of Fox Real Estate and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Competition Period:
- The competition opens 5:00pm on Friday 28th February (ACDT) and closes at 11:59 PM (ACDT) on 31st March 2025.
- The winner will be announced on 1st April 2025 via Fox Real Estate’s official Instagram and Facebook pages.
- How to Enter:
- Follow @foxrealestate and all tagged property managers on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Tag a friend who owns an investment property (each tag = 1 entry).
- Bonus Entry: Share the post to your Instagram story and tag @foxrealestate.
- Winner Selection:
- The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via direct message on Instagram.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
- Prize Details:
- The winner will receive 6 months of professional property management services from Fox Real Estate.
- This includes a complimentary professional marketing package (real estate photography & floor plan).
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- The estimated prize value is $2,500, based on an average weekly rental of $600.
- The winner must sign a standard Fox Real Estate Property Management Agreement and agree to a minimum 12-month lease for their investment property.
