So as we were buying knowledge of the market wasn't really relevant. We'd been looking for a downsizing house for 9 months, were thrilled with the place we bought, may have paid over market value but actually didn't care. Rachael's interactions with us were totally fine and helpful, made more difficult for her and us by the fact that the vendor was the Public Trustee so many questions could not therefore be answered. But she was excellent to work with and highly responsive.
